We are located along Highway 3 half way between Osoyoos and Grand Forks. Turn on to Cenotaph Road from Highway 3 and take your first right on to Beadman Road.

30 amp service, septic, water and wifi at site. Shower house available for guest. Prices do not include GST. Only small, quiet pets are welcome. They must not be left unattended and owners are responsible for clean up.

Enjoy staying in one of our large 36x65 foot sites from April 1st to October 1st. Minimum 5 month stay at $620 a month for 30 amp service. All utilities included. Weather permitting for opening and closing dates.

Enjoy staying in one of our large 36x65 foot sites from April 1st to October 1st. Minimum 5 month stay at $620 a month for 50 amp service plus power. Weather permitting for opening and closing dates.

Enjoy staying in one of our large 36x65 foot sites year round. We now offer winterized sites with 50 amps and frost free water hydrants. Pad rental $520/month. Power not included. Minimum 8 month stay to qualify for this rate.
