There will be $25 per night fee for pets and owner is responsible for cleaning up and disposing of waste. Pets must be on a leash, must not disturb other guests, and are not to be left unattended in Villas.

RV & Tenting Accommodations
Rates are as follows:
30 amp service pads- $34 per night / $200 per week
Regular pads - $29 per night / $150 per week
Tenting - $25 / night
*Plus HST.
Pets are permitted in villas with a fee (no fee for RV's) and are not to be left unattended in the Villas or RV sites.
Policies
Check in: 3-7 pm
Please let us know if your arrival will be after 7 pm
Check out : 11 am
Luggage may be left for pick up later in the day
Reservation Confirmation
Make your reservation by email and we will call you to obtain your credit card number, which confirms your reservation. No money is blocked on your card until you check in and choose to pay with the card.
Cancellation
You may cancel up to 7 days in advance of your reservation. If you cancel within 7 days 50% will be charged. If you fail to cancel and fail to arrive by 7 pm on the day of your reservation the full rate will be charged.
Pets
Pets are welcome. Please let us know if you have a pet when you make your
reservation. A fee of $25 per night is required for all pets staying in the villas. (No charge for RV's) Dogs
are not to be left unattended in the Villas and in the RV sites.
To Reserve
Reservations are based on a first-come first-serve basis. Fill out our simple reservation request form here, and we aill give you a callback to confirm and obtain your credit card information.
Long Term Lease
Villas will be available for long term lease starting October 2013, and RV sites will be available for long term lease beginning Spring 2014.
